Job Responsibilities
We're looking for you to "own" a milling machine or multi-operation machine. Our machine park is updated with several brand new machines, including a new gantry mill with TNC 7! You will work with single-piece manufacturing and shorter production runs. Programming in Heidenhain will be a central part of your work, as well as setup and operator maintenance. This means you have the opportunity to take responsibility and develop as an operator. You participate in continuous improvement work, 5S, and other LEAN activities. Shift work applies.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who completed their training some time ago and has many years of experience with setup and programming from drawings. You want to develop but may not be progressing where you are now? We believe you're someone who likes taking responsibility, maintains high quality, and willingly takes initiative when you see something could be better. You're reliable, work in a structured manner, and thrive in an environment where people help each other and where ego doesn't get in the way of doing really good work together. Experience with CAM preparation is a plus.
