JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking new colleagues for our team at Skålmogården. As a nursing assistant, you work daily with care and support tasks for our residents. We also work on operational development, including quality councils and activity councils. Your mission is to make every day as good as possible for those living with us as well as for your colleagues. We are each other's work environment in our residents' homes. We seek you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support the elderly in their lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday life. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing users with good care and support of high quality in accordance with what has been agreed with the user in the implementation plan. This includes, among other things: • Personal care and support. • Utilizing the user's own resources. • Activation and social interaction with users as well as outdoor activities. • Serving meals. • Laundry of clothes and cleaning in the user's apartment. • Documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act. • Medication delegation. • Collaboration with nurses (for example, during wound dressing changes). QUALIFICATIONS You have nursing assistant training or other equivalent education or experience. We consider it a merit if you have previous experience working in similar operations. Additionally, it is important that you can handle digital medical records systems and that you have good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish. It is a merit if you have further training in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, or care of multi-morbid elderly patients.
