JOB DUTIES Within the municipality's Social Services Department, the main task is to work with people in need of support, assistance, and care to manage their daily lives. We are now seeking engaged temporary staff for both day and night shifts at our fine residential facility Skålmogården. Skålmogården has 36 care apartments distributed across 4 different units on 2 floors. All work roles involve varying work hours, with times scheduled during day, evening, and weekends. We also have a need for staff willing to work nights. Your work tasks include: • providing care, assistance, and support to residents and maintaining good living conditions based on individual needs. • creating a meaningful daily life for the individual in cooperation with their surroundings and working solution-focused to meet the individual's needs without restricting their right to self-determination, integrity, and influence. • providing the residents with security in their own home. • you follow our routines and guidelines QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and finds it easy to put themselves in others' situations. It comes naturally to you to show respect for others' wishes and needs. You enjoy collaborating with others and are good at finding solutions together to reach our common goal. Because work with people involves constant changes, it is important that you can adapt and maintain a good mood. It is important that you can speak and write Swedish so that individuals and colleagues understand you, while you also need to be able to adapt how you express yourself based on others' different abilities. It is important that you have sufficiently good physical conditions to handle the tasks the job involves. We would like to see that you have had a job where you have met people in different situations. It is also an advantage if you have completed training as a care assistant or similar education. If you have experience caring for people and have knowledge of cognitive diseases, we also see that as an advantage. At some of our workplaces, a B driving license is required. Salary form: Hourly wage. Salary range: The salary for the position currently falls within the range of 25,000-34,000 per month, based on 2025 salary levels. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
