As an architect, you become part of the real estate development team, but also of the entire company. You get the opportunity to work on exciting development issues, be close to decisions and at the same time contribute to a stronger and growing Örebro. For someone who wants to use their expertise broadly and be part of something bigger, this is a fantastic place to be, concludes Mattias. Are you the right person for Örebroporten? Then we hope you will submit an application! Examples of work tasks: Develop vision sketches, analyses and concepts in early development and urban development projects. Contribute architectural expertise in pre-studies, preliminary design and real estate development issues. Support the leasing organization by visualizing and developing solutions based on tenants' needs while considering buildings' long-term flexibility and generality. Serve as a specialist resource to project managers, real estate developers, facility managers and company leadership. Be a requirement setter and sounding board for external architects in renovation, development and tenant adaptation projects. Work with volume studies, design issues and analyses from an urban planning and urban environment perspective. Participate in dialogues with tenants, the municipality and other external partners. Contribute to the development of Örebroporten's real estate portfolio with a focus on quality, long-term sustainability and good architecture. Are you the person we're looking for?
