About the Role: As a Site Manager at Peab, you're responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading production from project start through final inspection, as well as overseeing aspects of personnel, finances, quality, environment, and workplace safety. To give you as Site Manager the right conditions for success, you'll work in a team that includes, among others, a Project Manager, Work Supervisors, Contract Engineers, skilled workers, and support functions such as HR, Construction Management, Procurement, and more. For us, it's important that we utilize the expertise available in the organization to maintain high quality with customers, suppliers, and staff. Who Are You? You're someone who contributes to a safe work environment with clear leadership. We expect you to have a good understanding of cost management with a strong focus on business acumen. Many of our projects are driven through partnerships, so we'd like you to have experience working on collaborative projects. If you've managed projects exceeding 250 million kronor, we see that as a merit. You have relevant technical education, preferably at university level, such as a degree in Building Engineering or equivalent qualification. Alternatively, you've built up equivalent competence through extensive and documented experience in the construction industry, where responsibility for personnel, finances, and production have been part of your role. Further, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills and ability to handle digital documentation throughout various project phases. This is a permanent position with a probationary period, and you'll be based in Örebro. As Site Manager, you report to the Project Manager but are subordinate to the Work Chief. A Class B driver's license is required for this position.
