One day it might involve analyzing development properties, conducting volume studies or contributing to early urban development discussions. The next day, the focus might be on capturing a tenant's needs and translating ideas into concrete sketches that help the customer visualize their future premises. You will also become an important support to project managers and external architects in ongoing projects. Here you contribute with architectural perspectives on, for example, design, material choices and overall quality issues. – What makes the role so exciting is the breadth. You need to be able to switch between the big picture and the smaller detail issues. Contribute architectural expertise in pre-studies, preliminary design and real estate development issues. Support the leasing organization by visualizing and developing solutions based on tenants' needs while considering buildings' long-term flexibility and generality. Serve as a specialist resource to project managers, real estate developers, facility managers and company leadership. Be a requirement setter and sounding board for external architects in renovation, development and tenant adaptation projects. Work with volume studies, design issues and analyses from an urban planning and urban environment perspective. Participate in dialogues with tenants, the municipality and other external partners. Contribute to the development of Örebroporten's real estate portfolio with a focus on quality, long-term sustainability and good architecture. Are you the person we're looking for? We are looking for you, an experienced architect with a genuine interest in urban development, real estate development and people's needs. You thrive in a role where you can switch between strategic development issues and more concrete assignments, while collaborating closely with colleagues, tenants and external stakeholders. To succeed with us, you need to be unpretentious, curious and have the ability to translate ideas into solutions that create long-term value. We believe you have: An architecture degree and are a qualified architect SAR/MSA. Many years of experience as a practicing architect. Experience working in early stages, from analysis and concept to pre-studies and development. Good experience with modern digital modeling and visualization tools. The ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear and pedagogical way. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A category B driving license. It is a merit if you have: Experience with urban development projects. An established network within the architecture, construction or real estate sector. Experience working at the intersection of real estate development, urban development and public activities.
