Responsibilities
As BID Manager / bid specialist at Prezero, you play a central role in driving the bid process from start to submission and follow-up. The role is operations-focused and involves extensive dialogue with different departments in the organization—where you identify procurements, communicate prerequisites, and ensure work moves forward. A large part of the work involves interpreting and understanding procurement documents according to public procurement regulations. Here you balance legal, business, and local considerations: what are requirements, what can be questioned, and how should it be interpreted in practice based on the company's delivery capabilities? You serve as a bridge between the documents and the operations. You break down requirements, structure the work, and clarify what each department needs to contribute. In parallel, calculation and pricing work make up a large and important part, where you develop materials that are both commercially sound and competitive. Additionally, you will assist the organization with statistics and calculations on other projects.
• Monitor procurements, analyze tender documents, and communicate them throughout the organization
• Interpret requirements according to public procurement regulations and support operations in what needs to be delivered
• Structure, coordinate, and quality-assure bids from start to submission
• Develop calculations and pricing as a central part of the bid work
• Follow up on bids and contribute to the development of working methods and processes
• Support and assist the organization with statistics and calculations
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements:
• Experience with public procurement, for example public procurement regulations
• Experience with e-procurement systems
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Merits:
• Experience with bid work in the environmental, recycling, or waste management industry
