We are located in Grythyttan, seven miles northwest of Örebro, and have provided 24-hour care with 24 beds since 1987. About the Role We are now seeking two new colleagues who want to work as treatment assistants/social pedagogues with us. You will be an important part of our team working with active rehabilitation and habilitation for adults with substance abuse issues and/or gambling addiction. Our treatment is based on the 12-step model and CBT. Responsibilities Provide support and care in daily life according to individual implementation plans. Create structure and predictability in clients' everyday lives through routines and a professional approach. Routine tasks including documentation, support with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, social training, and transportation to, for example, health centers. Work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has education or is currently studying in care, social work, or pedagogy (advantageous). Has experience with similar work. Has personal suitability and the ability to support people through change. Speaks Swedish well both verbally and in writing and has good computer skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We offer pleasant, educational, and varied work in a committed organization. Qualifications Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue with 400 YH credits or equivalent educational background. Experience is requested.
