JOB DUTIES As a licensed nurse in the health and care organization of Kungsör Municipality, you work strategically based on the patient's needs. You have a coaching function toward patients, care staff, and relatives with the aim of creating autonomy and independence for the patient. You are part of the health and care organization together with nurses, specialist nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, activity coordinators, and regular night nurses. As a night shift nurse, you work independently with patients in ordinary and specialized housing. You also collaborate with the AH team, as the municipality is responsible for their patients during nighttime hours. The assignment includes, among other things, being on-site for assessments, acute interventions, and planned palliative care interventions when needed during nighttime hours from 21:00-07:00. You provide support as needed in accordance with the Health and Care Act for employees in all care and service activities such as LSS, specialized housing, and home health care. You also have support from the mobile family doctor team during the night. You work on a 6-week rotating schedule. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you to be a licensed nurse, have a category B driver's license, and have previous experience working as a nurse. Since documentation is part of the work, you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good IT skills.
