About the Position Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introduction period with Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the role of Refrigeration Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for Indoor for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer to Indoor, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. We know from experience that your personal qualities are crucial to your success. About the Position As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor, you'll be part of a service department consisting of 8 technicians. In this role, you'll have extensive customer contact and work with most aspects of refrigeration—from maintenance and service to renovations, troubleshooting, and improvement proposals for customers' various facilities. Each assignment varies in scope, and you'll work in many different types of environments, from small restaurant kitchens to large industries or property management companies. The role also includes significant documentation and system reporting. You'll be responsible for your own customers and have considerable freedom in the role while receiving close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad expertise in various areas. To provide you with the right conditions, you'll initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually become familiar with the organization, customers, and the different types of facilities you work with. You'll have access to a company vehicle and will travel independently to your customers' sites once you've settled into the role. What We're Looking For - You must be 18 years or older - Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written - Strong interest in making a career change to become a Refrigeration Technician - Valid B-class driver's license - Passed tests (MAP & Matrigma) - Cleared background check We believe that your personal qualities are essential to how well you'll thrive during the introduction period and as a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor.
