Description This is a project employment position for 29 months funded by resources from the European Social Fund (ESF). It is a position as project staff where you work as a special education teacher in the SAMSA project - Cooperation for Studies and Work. The project will develop and offer interventions for individuals who are far from studies and the labor market, to promote increased attendance and reduce study dropout within upper secondary education programs, introductory programs, and various forms of adult education. Interventions to strengthen individuals' ability to begin/complete upper secondary studies within municipal adult education, folk high schools, or other forms of study. As well as outreach and motivational work to strengthen individuals' opportunities for establishing themselves in the labor market. Job Responsibilities Local project staff work together with sub-project leaders on operational work with participants in the municipalities. Contribute with materials for reporting on budget and operations to the regional level. Participate in the regional project group's work, all dissemination activities, training and evaluation initiatives, and all other project-related tasks. Knowledge in integrating the horizontal principles of equality, accessibility, and non-discrimination to implement these in operations. The position involves outreach and motivational work with the target group to encourage studies. Based on expertise as a special education teacher, provide support and guidance in studies so that participants can complete their studies and achieve passing results. Together with participants, identify support needs. Qualifications You have a special education teacher certification and good experience in educational activities. As project staff and a teacher, you easily drive work forward, collaborate easily with people, and have strong pedagogical knowledge.
