As the business develops, work with procurement, planning, and inventory management becomes increasingly important. Elisolation is now seeking a Supply Chain Manager who wants to take comprehensive responsibility for this area and contribute to further developing work methods, processes, and structure within the operation.
Over the coming years, Elisolation will strengthen cost efficiency, delivery precision, inventory management, planning capability, and digitalization. The Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in building the processes and work methods needed to support the company's continued growth and profitability.
A key role within supply chain
As Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for strategic and operational procurement, planning, IT, and inventory management. The role involves broad responsibility where you work with supplier development, forecasting, inventory management, production and capacity planning, while leading and developing the company's supply chain team, which currently consists of four employees.
You work closely with both production and other management and gain an important function in developing how the operation works within supply chain going forward.
Elisolation is facing an extensive development journey where supply chain will play a decisive role. Over the coming years, the focus will be on developing planning processes, inventory management, digitalization, work methods, and cross-functional processes.
The role is part of the company's management group and reports directly to the CEO.

Examples of work duties
Lead and develop work in procurement, planning, and inventory management.
Ensure efficient flows throughout the entire supply chain.
Develop and implement processes within S&OP, forecasting work, and inventory management.
Develop and follow up on supplier collaborations for direct and indirect procurement.
Drive improvement work related to digitalization, system development, structure, and processes.
Follow up on key metrics and identify improvement areas within supply chain.
Responsible for production planning and capacity planning.
Lead and support the supply chain team in daily operations.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Elisolation is seeking someone with experience in supply chain work in a manufacturing operation and who understands the connections between sales, procurement, planning, inventory, and production. You have the ability to create balance between delivery capability, inventory holding, and efficiency while driving development forward.
It is likely that you have:
University degree in logistics, engineering, economics, or equivalent.
Experience with procurement, planning, or logistics in industrial operations.
Experience with strategic or operational procurement work.
Experience with change management and implementation of new work methods.
Experience leading people, teams, or business areas.
Understanding of industrial processes, inventory management, and capacity planning.
Experience with improvement work and business development.
Perhaps you are currently working as a strategic procurement manager, supply chain specialist, or logistics manager and want to take on greater overall responsibility. Or maybe you already have a leading role within supply chain and are looking for an operation where you have greater opportunity to influence and develop work methods and processes.
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and pragmatic. You have the ability to see the big picture, create direction, and make decisions that strengthen the business over time. You are a confident leader who builds trust through engagement, clarity, and close collaboration with the people around you.
