About the Position We are now looking for a personal assistant to a 53-year-old man with a big heart, an even bigger sense of humor, and a zest for life that is contagious. For him, life is meant to be lived to the fullest – and if you ask what lies closest to his heart, the answer is simple: IFK Göteborg. As a personal assistant, you become an important part of the customer's daily life. You help with everything from personal care and hygiene to meals, mobility assistance, and other everyday tasks. Assistance is provided around the clock, and work shifts include around-the-clock shifts according to schedule. Work Duties In your role as a personal assistant, you are by the customer's side throughout the day and support him based on his needs and wishes. Work duties include: Personal care and hygiene. Assistance with meals. Support with mobility and other daily activities. Joining in activities and creating a fulfilling daily life. Being a coach and cheerleader during training and other challenges. This assignment is about much more than practical help. Together you create days filled with joy, laughter, and experiences. Here, often only imagination sets the limits. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who finds humor easily and who enjoys being themselves. You are confident in your role, have a thick skin, and dare to challenge the customer in a positive and respectful way.
