As a Quality Engineer with us, you have a unique opportunity to step into a role with significant influence. You will be part of a stable quality organization of a total of 8 people. Here there is deep collective expertise with both quality engineers, quality technicians, and quality control personnel who work proactively on development, as well as our own laboratory for mechanical testing of our PEX tubing and analysis of incoming materials. You will be focused on our production departments and participate in a cross-functional flow group. Ensure Excellence: Ensure that our processes, methods, equipment, and procedures always meet the highest standards according to internal and external requirements. Analysis & Insight: Use data to analyze and monitor quality results, manage deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and propose improvement measures as well as handle customer complaints. Inspire: Educate the organization and support our quality technicians to create shared ownership of quality and drive engagement in quality matters throughout the organization. Audits, Systems & Documentation: Develop our management systems and ensure we meet requirements (ISO 9001/14001) and actively work with our QA module. Conduct internal and external audits and issue, review, and complete quality documentation. Qualifications We would like you to have: Education: Relevant university or college education, or equivalent professional experience. Experience: Experience with management systems and audits (at least ISO 9001/14001). Toolbox: You master MS Office (Excel, Power BI) and speak/write fluent Swedish and English. Methodology: You have experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis. Languages: Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. Meritorious: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or SPC is seen as a major plus!
