Youth Mental Health (UPH) has the mandate to offer children, adolescents, and their guardians with mental health issues early and appropriate care. You will work with assessing, diagnosing, and treating children and adolescents with mental health issues, considering psychosocial factors and proposing and implementing appropriate interventions. You collaborate with other stakeholders such as schools and social services, where you also participate in SIP meetings. Treatment interventions for depression, anxiety, and self-harm behaviors, as well as counseling, support, and crisis conversations are part of your assignment. You will be an important contact for parental support both individually and in groups, and you will also conduct other group treatments such as worry management, AFFEKT, and ABC. We work from primary care-oriented approaches, where work includes high accessibility, stepped/stratified care, and collaboration with other professions and care partners. Your Role As a Special Education Teacher at LBS Trollhättan, you are an important part of our student support services and work closely with school leadership, teachers, and other staff. Your responsibilities include conducting pedagogical assessments, mentoring teachers, identifying students with special needs, and developing adapted teaching methods to create an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all students. You will play a key role in systematically monitoring student development and working both proactively and strategically with development initiatives. We use digital tools to monitor student development and ensure good communication between all parties. You will work with systems such as StudyBee, DF Respons, SchoolSoft, and in the Google environment to document and track student learning and development. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a degree in special education and experience working with students who need additional support. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and work well with different professionals. You have strong knowledge and experience with digital tools, particularly StudyBee, SchoolSoft, and working in the Google environment. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Industrial Worker for Coating Department We are now seeking an industrial worker for our client's coating department. You will be employed by us and work as a mobile consultant at the client's location. About the Position In this role, you will work in the coating department where your main tasks will consist of hanging up parts before coating and handling finished products. The department works with a modern, automated coating process where powder coating is applied to give products a durable and high-quality finish. The work takes place in an efficient production environment with a focus on quality and flow. Once the parts are ready, you will transport them further using a truck. The position starts during the day shift but will transition to 2-shift operations. Start week 34. We Are Looking for You For success in this role, we believe you have: Previous experience with industrial work Forklift certification Overhead crane certification Driver's license (B-category) and access to a car As a person, you are practically minded, thorough, and enjoy physical work.
