About the clinic
Tandbolaget is a modern and well-established 7-operatory clinic in fine premises in Ludvika. Here work three dentists, six dental nurses, three dental hygienists, and a clinic coordinator. The clinic is fully digitalized with up-to-date equipment, which creates an efficient and smooth workflow. We operate according to the solo group model with two teams alternating between shifts 7–13 and 13–19, and on Fridays the entire team works 7–14. This provides good accessibility for our patients, a balanced workload, and flexibility in everyday life. Our culture is characterized by personal attention, high quality, and long-term relationships with our patients.
We are looking for you
We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist, whether you are newly qualified or have longer experience in the profession. You speak Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and have a strong focus on quality and patient safety. You have good communication skills, are social, and enjoy collaborating in a team. You are motivated by developing in your role, contributing ideas, and helping to drive the practice forward.
