To strengthen the existing team, we are seeking a HIIT coach and a Train & Learn instructor. We need two instructors who want to lead inspiring group fitness classes and help our members get a training experience that makes them want to come back, again and again. Practical Information WHEN Hourly employment with typically 1–5 scheduled classes per week (one class is approximately 30–55 minutes). The number of classes varies based on the facility's needs and your availability. WHERE Fitness24Seven Trollhättan Sylte WHAT We are looking for two new instructors in Train & Learn and HIIT/Tabata respectively Train and Learn Women Gym You are the leader and heartbeat of the women's gym. As a training coach for small groups, it is your responsibility to guide both experienced and inexperienced participants through their workouts. We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone – and that's where you come in. In our Train & Learn concept, we guide our members through focused training sessions in a gym environment to teach exercises, technique, and most importantly to inspire. HIIT/Tabata As a group fitness instructor, you are an important part of our members' training experience. You lead participants through the class, inspire joy in movement, and create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included – regardless of training level. In this role, you will, among other things: Lead group fitness classes according to set concept structure Inspire and motivate participants to progress in their training Adapt exercises to different conditions and levels Contribute to a safe, positive, and energetic training environment Be an ambassador for Fitness24Seven's values and training philosophy No instructor certification?
