About the Position As a property technician, you will be part of the Electrical and Property Engineering unit within Property Operations. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Handle and follow up on fault reports and work orders in the property management system. Perform repairs and maintenance work in our properties. Conduct and document self-inspections, property inspections, and SBA work. Manage fire alarm systems, including shutting down and restoring sections during, for example, hot work. Participate in authority inspections and ensure that necessary measures are implemented. Obtain quotes, place orders, and follow up on work, as well as coordinate and inspect contractors and suppliers. Propose improvement and maintenance measures for our properties. Handle administrative tasks with orders, fault reporting, and electronic invoice management. When needed, participate in procurement processes and minor projects. Qualifications For this position, you must have at least upper secondary education in property engineering, plumbing and heating, electrical work, construction, or another equivalent technical field. You also need to have: Several years of experience in property management, operation, or maintenance of buildings. Experience with systematic fire safety work (SBA), self-inspections, and digital property management systems. Good understanding of building technology and technical installations such as electrical, ventilation, heating, and water systems. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
