PRISMA Security Seeking Boat Operator with Vessel Officer Class 8 License

About PRISMA Security PRISMA Security is an authorized security company authorized by the Police Authority and County Administrative Board, headquartered in Stockholm. We have been operating since 2013 and have worked with law enforcement, security operations, and coordinating functions in both small and large contexts. Now we are expanding and are seeking a Boat Operator with at least Vessel Officer Class 8 license for our marine operations section. Your Role As an employed boat operator at PRISMA Security, you are expected to conduct independent patrols during nighttime hours between 0000-0600. The purpose of patrols is to prevent criminal activity and cooperate with other law enforcement authorities. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and require that you meet the following basic requirements: We believe you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle stress. You are interested in boat operations and have an easy time understanding instructions. You are independent but also work well in a team. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes those around you feel secure. What Requirements Does the Position Have? You must have upper secondary education with passing grades in Swedish and English. Employment with PRISMA Security requires approval from the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company. We prefer that you are also trained as a security officer; if you lack this training, we will provide it. Selection tests will be used in the evaluation of applicants. Selection is ongoing. Meritorious if you have worked in the public security sector (Police, Customs, Prison Service, Armed Forces, Coast Guard) or as a security officer with tasks such as patrol work or emergency response.
