PRISMA Security Seeks Boat Operator for Marine Patrol Section

About PRISMA Security PRISMA Security is an authorized security company authorized by the Police Authority and County Administrative Board, headquartered in Stockholm. We have been operating since 2013 and have worked with crowd control, security services, and coordinating functions in both small and large-scale operations. Now we are growing and are seeking a Boat Operator / Marine Security Officer with at least Class 8 Master of Ships certification for our marine section. Your Role As an employed boat operator / marine security officer at PRISMA Security, you are expected to conduct independent nighttime patrols between 20:00-07:00. The purpose of patrols is to prevent crime and collaborate with other law enforcement agencies. We place great importance on personal suitability and believe you meet the following basic requirements: We believe you are a service-minded, calm, and organized person who can handle stress. You are interested in boat operations and have an aptitude for understanding instructions. You are independent but also work well in a team. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes those around you feel safe. What are the Job Requirements? You need upper secondary education with passing grades in Swedish and English. For employment at PRISMA Security, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company. We prefer candidates who are also trained security guards; if you lack this training, we will provide it. Selection tests will be used in evaluating candidates for this position. Meritorious if you have worked in the public security sector (Police, Customs, Prison Service, Armed Forces, Coast Guard) or as a security officer with duties such as patrols or emergency response.
