At Huddinge Municipality's Service Center, we are seeking 3 Community Guides for temporary positions of approximately 6-9 months. About the Workplace Our goal is to deliver the best service to our residents and visitors. Right now, we are on an exciting development journey with the goal of functioning as a driving force in the development of the entire organization. At the Service Center, twenty-two Community Guides work. Our mission is to answer general questions within all the municipality's areas of operation. As a Community Guide, you are the first valuable contact our residents and visitors meet when they contact Huddinge Municipality, whether the contact is by phone, email, or in person. The Service Center also has advisory and specialist functions such as consumer guidance and budget and debt counseling. Work Tasks You will primarily guide Huddinge residents by phone, and it is therefore important that you are comfortable in an environment where the telephone is your primary work tool in an eventful day. You work scheduled Monday to Friday during the municipality's opening hours: Monday to Thursday 08-17, Friday 08-15. As a Community Guide, you guide and direct residents to get answers to their questions in a pedagogical, engaged, and clear manner across all our channels. You work simultaneously in many different systems. You identify and drive ways we can simplify things for Huddinge residents, write new procedures, and update our case management system with current information. Training and change are part of everyday work. Your Profile We are looking for you, someone who: Is confident and stable in yourself and driven by providing good service and good treatment to our residents. You dare to take your own initiative and work independently while collaborating with others to achieve desired results. You enjoy a fast pace and adapt to new circumstances. You are skilled at finding information and staying updated to quickly help and guide. You are driven, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your work tasks but also ensure that the whole picture works. You enjoy working in a changing workplace that constantly develops to meet residents' current and future needs. You are flexible and help where needed, with the Huddinge family in focus. You have experience in community guidance, contact centers, customer service, or other comparable operations with high case volumes where your tasks have involved receiving, assessing, and answering many different types of questions via phone, digital channels, or personal meetings. You have a college degree in social sciences, other relevant education, or equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience. You have a good ability to express yourself clearly and simply in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English. You have high digital competence and are accustomed to handling several different systems simultaneously and are an experienced user of the Office package. Further, it is meritorious if you: Speak languages other than Swedish and English. Great weight will be given to personal suitability. Why Huddinge?
