DUTIES In your role as a Family Support Coordinator, you work to provide support, guidance, and information to family members who care for or support a loved one, in accordance with the Social Services Act. The assignment also includes the role of volunteer coordinator, where you are responsible for developing and coordinating volunteer activities and the municipality's open meeting places. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who is a nursing assistant with specialist competence in dementia care. It is meritorious if you have experience working in elderly care as well as knowledge in family support and volunteer activities. We would like to see that you have training in conversation methods, for example MI (motivational interviewing), as well as experience in collaboration with civil society and organizations. Personal qualities: You have the ability to combine empathetic treatment with professional guidance. You have a good understanding that the assignment is complex and requires you to put the citizen at the center while maintaining a professional approach.
