The Social Services Department's mission is to work with social services and provide support so that everyone in the municipality feels secure and has the same opportunities in life. We want everyone to be active and engaged in society. With a focus on respect for individuals' right to self-determination, we are responsible for three important areas: care and health services, support for people with disabilities, and assistance to individuals and families. Our goal is that everyone receives the support and care they need. Since everything Trelleborg Municipality does is based on our core values of openness, respect, and responsibility, it is important and crucial that these values are as self-evident for you as they are for us in our work. The Workplace Within the Department for Disability Support, there are group living facilities, service housing, service provisions, day activities, children's and youth housing, and short-term and leisure activities conducted according to the Act on Support and Service (LSS) and relevant authority decisions for each individual user. The department also includes sociopsychiatric services conducted according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Our workplaces are located in Trelleborg city and urban areas, and some services operate in the municipality's villages and rural areas. This position is for a group living facility where you work with adults and elderly people with intellectual and/or other disabilities as well as extensive care needs. At all workplaces within disability support services, you will be welcomed by good colleagues and offered internal competence development based on workplace and personal needs. Job Responsibilities As a support pedagogue, you work closely with residents and provide support and services based on individual needs, wishes, and circumstances with the goal of strengthening independence, participation, and quality of life. The work is based on current authority decisions and each resident's implementation plan and is characterized by a pedagogical, structured, and low-arousal approach as well as clear and respectful communication. You provide daily support in areas such as care and hygiene, meals, skills training, and leisure activities—always with a focus on creating security, structure, and predictability for the resident. In addition to direct work with residents, you as a support pedagogue have special pedagogical responsibility within the work team. You guide and mentor colleagues in work methods, practices, and interactions, and contribute to ensuring that implementation plans are followed, developed, and put into practice. You are an important resource in creating clear routines and quality-assured work methods that support both residents and staff. Part of the role is also to monitor developments, acquire new knowledge and methods for the target group, and translate this into mentoring that strengthens the service's quality and colleagues' competence. In this role, you contribute to good cooperation where the resident's best interests are always at the center. The work is guided by the resident's right to participation, influence, and development in daily work. Together, you work to continuously develop the service and achieve set goals within the LSS framework. Do you want to make a difference in people's daily lives—and at the same time contribute to development, quality, and learning in the work team? Then we want you to apply for the position of support pedagogue! Qualifications For the role of support pedagogue, we are looking for someone with a qualification as a support pedagogue (200 YH credit hours), or alternatively another relevant post-secondary education of at least 200 YH credit hours or higher education of at least 60 credits in areas such as pedagogy, social work, psychiatry, or behavioral science. As a senior network technician, you'll have a central expert role responsible for developing, managing, and future-proofing the municipality's networks. You'll work both strategically and operationally with architecture, design, security, lifecycle management, and changes—overseeing the network that connects schools, preschools, Trelleborg Port, water/wastewater facilities, mission-critical operations, and the municipality's data centers. The network technician role is broad and offers you the opportunity to both drive development and stay close to the technical reality. You'll take technical responsibility for parts of the municipality's network platform and work on developing network architecture, design principles, and technical standards. You'll plan and implement changes with clear risk assessments and monitoring, while strengthening network security through segmentation, secure configurations, and firewall work. The role also includes troubleshooting incidents, analyzing root causes, and proposing preventive measures. You'll contribute to projects related to new operations, construction, and technical implementations, and ensure quality in IPAM, network documentation, and lifecycle planning. The role also involves serving as a technical advisor to colleagues, projects, and external vendors, as well as sharing knowledge and contributing to ongoing competency development within IT Operations. On-call duty is part of the position and normally occurs approximately every ten weeks. Compensation is provided according to the applicable collective agreement.
