The Employment Administration works to promote the municipality's growth by creating conditions for residents to engage in lifelong learning and be self-sufficient. We are now seeking an engaged, positive, and competent SFI teacher with drive who enjoys teaching and wants to contribute to our students' language development and integration. Job Duties We are looking for you who are a certified teacher and qualified to teach SFI, and who want to combine this with a different assignment of a coordination nature: The work is varied and you are central to performing or coordinating tasks and processes that often concern the school as a whole. Instead of your own teaching group, you are an internal substitute at the school. This and the coordination nature require that you have good collaboration skills and that you thrive with flexibility in daily work and have good self-leadership. You are solution-focused and have the ability to see the bigger picture and long-term perspectives. You analyze consequences and identify opportunities for development. The role requires you to be very organized, work with planning and follow-up, and be used to prioritizing even at a high pace. You meet deadlines and are a composed person. You are responsive, humble, and build good relationships characterized by trust and confidence. You share knowledge. Through collaboration, curiosity, and a student-focused approach, you find ways forward together with both internal and external partners. You dare to think differently and are driven to try and reconsider working methods. You have an ability to translate your insights into action. As a teacher, you have very good collaboration skills, are responsible, punctual, multilingual, and have good IT proficiency. You are secure in yourself, unpretentious, communicate directly with ease, and can give and receive constructive feedback that you act on. You work based on the curriculum for increased goal achievement. We work with a coaching approach focused on each individual student's needs and circumstances on the path toward work or further studies. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with at least 30 credits in Swedish as a Second Language. Your teaching meets adult students' different conditions and you have a good ability to support each student in their progression, as well as working closely with staff.
