WORK TASKS As a psychologist with us, you will be an important part of a multiprofessional team where different professions' expertise work together to create the best possible care for our patients. The work includes psychological treatment, primarily based on CBT, as well as neuropsychiatric assessments and personality evaluations. You will also lead group treatments and contribute psychological expertise in the team's assessments, treatment planning, and development work. The clinic is at the forefront of PTSD treatment, and experience with Prolonged Exposure (PE) is therefore an asset. We are seeking someone who, in addition to clinical work, wants to be involved in the clinic's continued development. As an experienced psychologist, we would appreciate it if you could contribute ideas, experience, and active engagement in work to develop operations and implement our standardized care processes. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you are a licensed psychologist with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is required. We are seeking someone with several years of experience in clinical work, preferably within specialist psychiatric outpatient care. For this position, it is an asset if you have experience in general psychiatric work such as assessments, treatment work with individuals and groups, personality diagnostics according to ICD 11, and neuropsychiatric evaluations. In addition, it is an asset if you have step 2 training and previous work experience in adult psychiatry.
