We play an active role in Sweden's sustainable energy supply and contribute to Europe's transition toward a fossil-free energy system. As one of Sweden's largest landowners, we have a unique position – with both power-generating facilities and energy-intensive industry in our portfolio. This gives us great opportunities to influence, develop and think differently, not least in digitalization, AI and data-driven working methods and development of our electricity market business. Your future challenge As a Product Owner in the electricity market, you will be part of a small team with extensive internal and external contacts. You will work closely with our development teams and business operations both within the business area and other parts of the group. To optimize our electricity trading, both our electricity production and the industry's consumption need to be taken into account. This gives us access to large amounts of data and complex issues, but also the opportunity to convert analysis into real business value. You help capture needs, contribute to structuring them and follow the development of solutions that create value in our business. The role suits you who want to work at the intersection of electricity market, analysis and technology – and who wants and has the ability to develop in line with the task. We will place great emphasis on the personal qualities that we believe are important to succeed in the role: Communicative and constructive in dialogue with different types of roles Trust-inspiring and attentive Business-interested and want to understand the whole picture Have an analytical and structured working approach Are genuinely interested in working data-driven and close to technology Social and collaboration-oriented Curious, responsible and willing and have the ability to develop over time You will become part of our journey toward an even more digital and analytically driven business, where your ability to see patterns, understand connections and convert data into decisions, together with your colleagues, makes a real difference. Welcome with your application! As we are heading into holiday season, we ask for your understanding that we will not be able to answer your application as quickly as usual. What we offer you We offer you the opportunity to grow into a challenging and responsible role with great development opportunities in a stable company together with experienced colleagues. We work long-term both with the business and our employees where we with courage, commitment and responsibility develop ourselves, each other and the business. We make the forest grow and thrive Holmen's operations are based on the power that exists in the forest. The trees that grow, the water that rushes through the rivers and the wind that blows in the treetops. That is the core of Holmen, a business built on the forest's cycle and the renewable products we can create from it. Our business areas are Forestry, Energy, Wood Products, Cardboard and Paper. We are 3,500 employees who with courage, commitment and responsibility create a sustainable future. Green energy from our land Holmen produces renewable energy from wind and water. Finance Manager Nordics

Do you know what Jira and Confluence are, or have you at least heard of them? Communardo is a German company that helps other businesses work smarter with exactly these kinds of tools. We are specialists in what is usually called digital transformation: we help our customers build better working methods, modernize their software development and get their knowledge management in order, and in recent years increasingly with AI as part of the solution. It ranges from strategic consulting to implementing systems and then remaining as support. Communardo has existed for 25 years and five years ago we were acquired by a private equity company. Since then, the journey has been fast and acquisitions in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway have meant that the Nordic operations, following the acquisition of Swedish Stretch Addera among others, has grown to around 100 employees, with offices in, for example, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Oslo and Karlstad. The head office is located in Dresden and in addition to the Nordic region and Germany there are operations in the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland as well as offshore teams in Morocco and Albania. Now we are looking for you who want to be part of building the finance function of the future at Communardo Nordics. What do you do in this role? You become Finance Manager for the Nordic region and report to Mathias Carling, who leads the Nordic operations, with functional dialogue with Maximilian Schmidt, CFO of Communardo Group. This is not a role where you sit and do bookkeeping, although you must know your accounting, but rather a role where you are a sounding board for management, ensure that the numbers add up and help regional managers in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark understand and act on their finances. You will also be involved in driving projects. Everything from tax issues and process improvements to system issues, and you will be an important link to our external accounting providers and advisors. Some examples of what you will do: Hold monthly reconciliations and follow-ups with the regional managers Own budgets, forecasts and ongoing reporting to the group Drive improvement projects, such as incentive models, and be a natural conversation partner on financial matters Who are you? You have worked a number of years within finance, with emphasis on business partnering, FP&A or controlling. You are not afraid of accounting either; you need to have a firm grasp of the processes there as well. You enjoy working independently, you like explaining things so they become understandable, and you have a knack for building relationships with people whose main focus is not finance. You speak and write excellent English. Swedish or another Nordic language is important for you to handle. Why should you choose us? Here you get a combination of high ambitions, but without prestige and stress. We have just laid the foundation, integrations are underway as well as systems. Now it is about building further and setting structures. You get the chance to shape the finance function, in an international environment with close collaboration between the Nordic region and Germany. You will have your base in Stockholm or Karlstad, with flexibility regarding where you work. Does this sound like your next challenge? We look forward to hearing from you! You can read more about Communardo here: https://www.communardo.com/ In this recruitment, Communardo Nordics is collaborating with The Finance Family. If you have any questions, you are warmly welcome to contact one of us: Magnus Åberg, 070-981 77 51, [email protected] Maria Dahl, 0720-393840, [email protected] P.S. We work on a competency basis and you do not need to attach a personal letter. Selection is done on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline, 2026-08-01, but it is fine to apply for the position as long as the ad is on The Finance Family's website. Open to all We focus on your competence, not your other circumstances. We are open to adapting the role or workplace to your needs.
