who has several years of experience as a concrete site manager with experience of project sizes up to 100 million and preferably with knowledge and willingness for some estimation and procurement in projects. You have good knowledge in construction technology, negotiation, contracts, and construction law, and have the ability to oversee the whole picture from start to finish in projects, large and small. You will work in close collaboration with the company's colleagues in many different areas of expertise. In the role as estimator, you will be an important key person in the organization's continued success.
You share responsibility for contacts with suppliers and subcontractors, you prepare request documents and specification requirements for procurements. You administer the purchasing process and utilize existing agreements.
Work Tasks:
Site Manager works with production control, estimation, work planning, and work management. A supervisor for production personnel in ongoing and upcoming construction projects of varying sizes from 10 to 100 million in the Stockholm region. Work tasks include working with projects from start to finish with customer contact, estimation, scheduling, subcontractors, material planning, reconciliation, quality, environmental and occupational health issues, and work planning.
