Specialist Psychiatric Care Team, SPOT, works directly with patients at a care level between outpatient and inpatient care. Duties Duties include home visits, telephone contacts, medication management in the home, simplified medication reviews, suicide risk assessment, ward rounds, development of care plans and safety plans, as well as planning and collaboration with other stakeholders and family members.
