Nacka District Court is a court with approximately 160 employees and serves as the general court of first instance as well as the largest of Sweden's five land and environmental courts. The land and environmental court handles environmental cases, property cases, and cases under the Planning and Building Act as well as the Water Services Act. The general court handles criminal cases and civil disputes as well as all collection and exequatur matters in Stockholm County. There is also an administrative division that supports the case divisions with matters concerning archives, HR, finance, IT, and security and services.
