Your Assignment Nyckelviken is a short-term residence within LSS for children and youth up to 24 years old with intellectual disabilities. As a substitute, you will have varied, active, and meaningful work. At Nyckelviken, we work to create enjoyable and meaningful short-term stays. The goal is for everyone who stays here to have a meaningful leisure time based on their individual needs and circumstances. The short-term residence consists of two single-story villas where all children and youth have their own rooms. As a substitute, you will provide support and services to the children and youth based on their individual needs. You will participate in creating pedagogical activity schedules at both individual and group levels. When possible, you will go on outings with the short-term residence's minibus. The work tasks are varied, for example support and services with: Meal preparation, cleaning, morning and evening routines Personal care, hygiene, and medication Active participation in play Documentation Daily and weekly planning Contact with relatives, parents, and school Outings and activities At Nyckelviken Short-Term Residence, you work during the day, evening, weekends, or overnight shifts. Weekdays involve working hours from 6:30-11:30 a.m. or 2:30-9:30 p.m., and on weekends and holidays, shifts can be longer. Introduction is always provided prior to intended work. Your Experience To be eligible for the position, you must: Be at least 18 years old Have experience working with the LSS target group Have very good skills in Swedish (both spoken and written) Have good physical fitness and enjoy being active at work It is meritorious if you have worked with children and youth and if you have completed or are pursuing education in care and welfare or children and leisure. We would like you to have a driver's license (category B) and experience with computers and documentation. Is This You?
