About the Job At Housing Support Women and Families, we provide supported social housing for single women and families with children who need support due to experiences of violence, mental health issues, or previous substance use problems. A child perspective is an important compass in our work. Our team consists of nine dedicated and skilled treatment assistants who work together to create a safe and supportive environment for our residents. We are now looking for a new team member who wants to take a central role in our operations and help us continue to provide high-quality support to our residents. In this role, you will have broad responsibilities, including coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs with associated administration, and entering statistics to support outcome tracking. You will also drive and quality assure interventions and social documentation, as well as have overall responsibility for daily operations and ensure that assignments are completed in the best way possible. As part of our team, you will serve as a method coach and contribute to implementing our methods, which are based on LAB, TMO, ÅP, and MI. You will provide method coaching to staff both in groups and individually based on needs, and collaborate with the unit manager to be responsible for environmental monitoring and keep the team updated on research, legislation, procedures, and working methods related to the operations' mission. Additionally, you will participate in scheduling to ensure staffing that meets both operational and resident needs. About the Assignment As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with the client's HR partners and provide qualified, operations-focused support to managers in the organization. You will be an important part of the client's HR function and contribute to ensuring efficient management of HR processes as well as high quality and legal compliance in cases. The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia starting 2026-08-10 through 2026-12-30 with great potential for extension. The position is full-time (100%) and you will work during office hours at the client's office in Gothenburg. The role involves varied administrative work where you manage and follow up on HR-related cases in several different systems and have many points of contact within the organization. Your Work Tasks • Completion and quality assurance of employment information for both new employees and changes during ongoing employment. • Manage and handle employment and other HR administrative cases in our systems such as COP, Heroma, Service Now, Registry and others. • Support the agency's managers with the above tasks. • Provide support to HR partners and ensure quality in case management. • Contribute to organizational development of the unit's processes and services to ensure good administration and legal compliance. • Preparation of personnel data and statistics. • Other tasks such as registering pension information, mail handling, and similar. Your Qualifications • University degree in HR, Economics, or similar field or equivalent relevant education. • Experience working in several different administrative IT systems, such as HR systems, payroll systems, or case management systems. • Experience working in Heroma, beyond user level. • 1-3 years of administrative work experience, for example in HR, Economics, or similar field, where you have handled cases and worked in several digital systems. • You take responsibility for your work performance and your contribution to the whole. • You adapt to change and unforeseen events. • You take initiative for development and contribute to improvement.
