What Does the Role Offer?
As a warehouse associate at our client, you'll have a varied role in warehouse and logistics where accuracy, structure, and quality are important parts of your workday. You'll be part of a smaller team where you work together to ensure the daily warehouse flow runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound deliveries
Picking, packing, and other warehouse work
Handling technical products and materials
Maintaining order and organization in the warehouse
Performing basic quality checks and inspections as needed
The work involves some physical handling, where boxes typically weigh around 10 kg. Forklift operation is not part of the position.
Working hours are 07:00–16:00 with start immediately or by agreement. You will initially be employed as a consultant by Effektiv and work for our client. The assignment is expected to last approximately 2–6 months, with good opportunities for continued employment directly with the client company if both parties are satisfied.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar work who thrives in a role where accuracy and quality are just as important as working efficiently. You're accustomed to practical work and have an eye for detail, which will serve you well when basic inspections and quality checks are part of your workday.
As a person, you're responsible, organized, and reliable. You enjoy collaborating in a smaller team while being able to take ownership of your tasks and see what needs to be done.
We'd like to see that you:
Have experience in warehouse, logistics, or equivalent work
Are thorough, organized, and quality-conscious
Enjoy both practical tasks and work requiring precision
Are a team player who contributes to a good work environment
Have a driver's license (category B)
