Building Engineer We have an office in Varberg, and work is conducted both there and on our projects throughout southern Sweden. We are growing and need to expand our team in southern Sweden in the long term Are you a structured and solution-oriented project manager with experience in ground and site work and a strong passion for sports? Do you want to be a key player in exciting projects involving artificial turf, natural grass, and running tracks? About Us Nordic Arena Service specializes in ground and site projects in sports environments. We work with everything from artificial turf fields to running tracks, sports flooring, and interior outfitting of sports halls. On many projects, we are involved the entire way – from groundwork to the finished sports facility. In practice, this means we sometimes build entire sports venues, not just parts of them. We run projects throughout Sweden and operate in a niche where quality, structure, and execution are crucial. With us, decision-making is quick, the pace is high, and commitment is strong. You become part of a team where everyone contributes and has a say. About the Role As a project manager/site manager with us, you work closely with both production and project management. You drive projects alongside experienced colleagues and gradually take on greater overall responsibility. The role suits you if you already have a leadership position in production – for example, as a foreman or in a similar function – and want to develop further.
