The unit is responsible for developing our capacity in operations management, quality, collaboration with universities and industry organizations, data and analysis, as well as security and civil preparedness. The unit works cross-functionally and in close collaboration with other departments. Your Assignment We are looking for someone who loves order and organization and appreciates systematic quality work. In your role as Operations Coordinator for Case Preparation, you will coordinate and develop Traffic and Society's preparation and decision-making processes, which support staff and politicians in their duties. You will contribute to ensuring well-functioning processes for case preparation and decision-making, and that decision-making materials are quality-assured and prepared in good time. Examples of work tasks include: • Document and develop preparation and decision-making processes for Traffic and Society. The work should support staff at the department and relevant politicians. Processes should align with others involved at the region and external partners, such as municipalities. • Review and quality-assure staff recommendations to the political bodies (TJUT) and other relevant materials. • Plan, visualize, and lead Traffic and Society's case preparation process. • Be responsible for tracking which cases should be raised in which forum and ensuring cases are prepared in good time. • Write staff statements and cases to be prepared at the political level, for example related to major projects such as tram lines and four-track railways that require support from many different parties. • Support the department's managers and employees during the preparation and decision-making process. Your Qualifications You have a high school diploma and knowledge and experience in administrative work, such as committee secretary or records manager. You have documented experience working with the development of work processes and procedures. You have very good knowledge of Office 365 and very strong language skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish. It is a merit if you have experience working in public administration and with political case preparation. Archivist at Regional Archives, Part-Time Temporary Position
Communications and Information Department Region Uppsala's Management Office is part of Region Uppsala, one of the largest employers in Uppsala County.
