Om uppdraget Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med placering på plats på en högstadieskola i Bålsta. Uppdraget startar 2026-10-01 och pågår till 2026-12-31, med goda chanser till förlängning. I rollen som biträdande rektor får du det övergripande ansvaret för årskurs 7–9. Du kliver in i en kommunal skolverksamhet där du förväntas leda självständigt, fatta beslut och driva arbetet framåt tillsammans med skolans ledningsgrupp. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som biträdande rektor har du ett helhetsansvar för årskurs 7–9 vilket inkluderar personal-, arbetsmiljö- och verksamhetsansvar. Din viktigaste uppgift är att leda och utveckla verksamheten med fokus på elevernas trygghet, studiero och måluppfyllelse.
