Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you the customer is always number one. You're passionate about delivering great service every day. In your role as a store associate, you'll work in a varied way with all the different tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for you if you want to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you're driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You are 18 years old or older and speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing

Recruiting is done on a rolling basis, so we'd like to see your application as soon as possible. The position is a permanent employment with an introductory probationary period at 20 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
