We are seeking a coordinator who drives, develops, and follows up on the municipality's work with national minorities and the administrative area for Finnish. The assignment includes strategic coordination, consultation with national minorities, internal knowledge development, and support to the municipality's departments in implementing minority legislation and the municipality's action plan. As coordinator, you will independently lead the work with operational and budget responsibility in this area. The Education Department is responsible for all activities within the municipality's preschools, primary schools, adapted primary school, after-school programs, upper secondary school, and adult education. 10 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now recruiting substitute staff for our preschools. If you are a confident, flexible, and collaborative person who wants to help create a positive, safe, and developmental environment for children, this job is for you. As a temporary substitute in our operations, you are expected to: • participate in educational activities. • support children in play, learning, and daily routines. • participate in meals, outdoor time, and other activities. • contribute to making the preschool day run smoothly. • work together with other colleagues to create a positive, meaningful, safe, and developmental environment at the preschool. • in daily contact with guardians, be child-focused and service-oriented. Preschools are open between 6:00 AM-6:30 PM. As a substitute, you need to be available to work during these hours to cover shifts as needed. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Have preschool teacher training or similar education, or alternatively relevant experience. • Speak Swedish fluently, as you will need to quickly familiarize yourself with our routines and policies and be able to communicate with children, colleagues, and guardians. • Are able to take work shifts with short notice. • Take own initiative and have the ability to identify where support and intervention are needed in the operation. Meritorious if you have: • Experience working in preschools. • A B-category driving license and access to your own car, as some of our preschools are located in rural areas with limited public transportation. WORK TASKS You will join the team working on various land and infrastructure projects within our parks, playgrounds, and street operations in Märsta, Sigtuna, and Rosersberg.
