About the Client The client is a 28-year-old man who is a trained engineer and is currently focusing on a music career. He enjoys adventure and parties, and lives an active life even though quieter days also occur. The client has AMC (Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita), a diagnosis that affects joints and muscles, which means he needs you as his "arms and legs" to make his life puzzle fit together. It is the client's individual needs that guide the workday, and the work can include, for example, assistance with mobility, personal care, exercise, and daily chores and activities in and outside the home. In this assignment, the client is not looking for a social friend, but professional and safe support in his everyday life. This means you need to have the ability to understand when to stay in the background and when to take a step forward. It is also important to show great respect for the client's privacy and apply a low-key approach. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant makes high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done while respecting the client's personal space. Work Hours and Employment Degree: The current form of employment is "For as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment degree of approximately 20%. Working hours consist of one weekend shift every other week with a 24-hour overnight shift from 9:00 am to 9:00 am including sleeping on call. In addition to scheduled working hours, there is an opportunity to work extra as a temporary hourly worker if needed.
