What you'll work with
Example of responsibilities:
Managing the production day through staffing and prioritization based on volume.
Handling and monitoring of delivery discrepancies.
Managing and optimizing picking processes & storage for retail and e-commerce.
Managing traffic control within the logistics center to ensure smooth flow.
Being the contact person for other stakeholders at Dagab and the logistics center in Bålsta.
What we expect
You have experience with production operations and independently managing projects and activities.
You love problem-solving, have strong skills in data-driven work, and enjoy analyzing information.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and can inform and communicate in a pedagogical manner.
We believe you are a self-driven and curious person who is motivated, courageous, and structured, and who likes to get a handle on things through information-intensive work. You enjoy broad collaboration and always approach things with the mindset that we are stronger together.
A university degree, as well as previous experience with automation and WMS systems, are merits but not requirements for the position.

This position is a full-time temporary contract starting by agreement (preferably as soon as possible) through October 2028. The position is located in Bålsta, Håbo municipality.
