Tierp Primary Care Center Our 1,800 employees work with primary care and health services in Uppsala County. We offer a broad range of services within primary healthcare. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own primary care centers or within habilitation services, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. Your Assignment We are looking for you if you enjoy varied clinical work and collaborate well and engage in discussions with colleagues across all professional groups. As a physician, you will receive support from colleagues, have varied work, and have the opportunity to develop and be challenged medically. Your duties include outpatient clinic work with scheduled visits, urgent visits, as well as assisting colleagues and students with your knowledge. Your Qualifications We are looking for you as a licensed physician with Swedish medical licensure. You have an interest in specializing in general medicine or are interested in broadening your experience before your specialty training. The position includes continuous supervision with our general medicine specialists. You are a good communicator in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are skilled at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work efficiently, and to be successful in this role, you need to be flexible in your work approach. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Our Operations Tierp Primary Care Center is located between Uppsala and Gävle with good commuting options. From Uppsala, trains and buses run every half hour during rush hour. The primary care center is within walking distance of the station. We have approximately 19,450 registered patients and about 100 employees who work in teams with all services within the primary care center's mission, including the urgent care clinic. Our patients are both young and old and live in Tierp and the surrounding rural areas. The primary care center is part of the Close Care and Health Administration at Region Uppsala.
