Leva LSS omsorgen is seeking an engaged support assistant for both daytime and night shifts on a hourly basis at our wonderful residential facility in Heby. Six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (LSS person category 1, §9) live here. With us, you will become part of a well-functioning operation with a clear value foundation. We work with autonomy-supportive pedagogy, low-affective interaction, and the PERMA model as our foundation – and offer internal training in these methods. As part of our innovation initiative, we have implemented digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling to support both residents and staff in daily life. Work Tasks: • Support residents in daily life according to individual needs and implementation plans. • Create a safe and respectful environment. • Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism. • Document according to applicable procedures. • Work may include overnight on-call shifts. About You: We are looking for someone with relevant education, such as from the Care and Service Program or vocational training in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good Swedish in speech and writing and a B driver's license (required). It is a requirement that you have experience from care and support, LSS, or psychiatry. You are calm, stable, professional, and can manage stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental endurance. We are looking for those who want to work with undercutting and young forest clearing and cutting under power lines. Work in teams of 2-3 people. Requirements: Experience from manual work in forestry, at least 1 year. Knowledge of Swedish, English, or Russian; driver's license B.
