Imera AB is seeking hourly substitute staff for our LSS group home in Morgongåva. With us, you will have meaningful work where you make a difference for people with complex needs. Work Tasks: • Support residents in daily life according to individual needs and implementation plans. • Create a safe and respectful environment. • Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism. • Document according to applicable procedures. • Work may include overnight on-call shifts. About You: We are looking for someone with relevant education, such as from the Care and Service Program or vocational training in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good Swedish in speech and writing and a B driver's license (required). It is a requirement that you have experience from care and support, LSS, or psychiatry. You are calm, stable, professional, and can manage stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental endurance.
