Do you want to become a Group Manager for the Habilitation Regional Coordination Unit? We are looking for someone interested in a position as Group Manager for the Habilitation Regional Coordination Unit. The role encompasses the regional investigation assignment for habilitation services for children aged 0-17 years, as well as organization and coordination of the habilitation group activities. The unit also includes the habilitation SIP coordinator and Support and Treatment 1177. As a Group Manager, you will be operationally responsible for the operations. You are offered a permanent position in your primary profession with a management assignment for at least three years. Your Assignment As a Group Manager, you plan, organize, and lead the work at the unit. You will have personnel responsibility, which includes recruitment, employee and salary discussions, work environment, and rehabilitation. The assignment also includes responsibility for coordinating habilitation group activities, which involves close collaboration with other group managers within habilitation. As a manager, you create and foster a sense of security through communicative, trust-based, and responsible leadership. Your Competence You should be educated in one of the professions represented in our operations. Experience working within habilitation services is also desirable, and previous experience in a leadership role is an asset. We are looking for someone interested in leadership and operations development and who is interested in applying a coaching and trust-based leadership approach. Your approach is characterized by openness and a forward-thinking mindset. The assignment requires you to have good collaboration skills and to be clear, responsive, and innovative. You are well aware of your responsibilities as an employer representative, your authority, and the goals for your operations, and you can communicate these to the unit's employees. We are a specialized service for autism, intellectual disability, and various forms of congenital movement disorders, serving children, young people, and adults with disabilities. We work to create conditions for independence and an active life through developmental, supportive, and compensatory services. Our multiprofessional teams are located in Enköping, Tierp, Uppsala, and Östhammar. The operations are characterized by development and an evidence-based approach, and you will have stimulating and varied work.
