As a supervisor, you also have a responsibility for the work environment based on your supervisory function. Together with the group supervisors, you coach, motivate, and support employees and create conditions for them to succeed in the crime investigation and crime prevention mission. As an on-duty investigation leader, you act offensively and lawfully in accordance with applicable legislation. You also cooperate with, among others, crime coordination, station commanders, on-duty commanders, RLC commanders, external commanders, the Police Contact Center (PKC), local investigation leaders, prosecutors, the court system, defense attorneys, and the correctional service. Within the team, expedited prosecution (SLF) is handled, where you as investigation leader support patrols on-site in cases to be handled within SLF and manage the case until it is handed over to the prosecutor. As an on-duty investigation leader, you may also serve as investigation leader in other teams/units and/or in individual cases. Your Work Tasks As a social worker in the follow-up group, you will work with in-depth follow-ups of interventions approved under the Social Services Act. Your tasks include conducting in-depth follow-ups of approved interventions and monitoring that interventions are carried out according to decisions made and assignments, assessing whether the individual's needs are met and whether the interventions achieve their intended purpose, and identifying quality shortcomings, deviations, and areas for improvement. The role of District Physician at Backen Health Center offers an exciting and varied assignment for you as a specialist in general medicine. 1 position(s).
