Sales Representative Building Relationships and Sustainable Workplaces
RP is looking for one to two sales representatives in Stockholm. A good salesperson can close a deal. A really good salesperson opens the door to the next one. At RP, we're not looking for someone who can sell anything to anyone. We're looking for someone people actually want to do business with. Not just once, but next time too, and hopefully for many years to come. You enjoy being where things happen: with customers, in networks, at meetings, and in conversations that can grow into something bigger. You don't wait for deals to land in your inbox. You make sure meetings happen and relationships start to build. Does this sound like you? Then you could be one of the sales representatives we're looking for at RP in Stockholm. About RP RP helps companies and organizations create functional, sustainable, and genuinely good workplaces. We repurpose existing furniture, refurbish and redesign it, and complement it with new items when needed. The result is office environments that work for the people using them, while customers save both money and resources. Reuse isn't a side project for us. It's the core of our business. Your Role As a sales representative at RP, you're responsible for the entire journey, from first contact to a finished solution at the customer's location. You'll build and develop your own customer relationships, but you won't work alone on deals. At RP, we share knowledge, help each other, and want to succeed together. There's room for initiative here, but not for ego. You'll spend a large part of your time out in the market. You meet both new and existing customers, participate in relevant networks, and ensure RP is present in the contexts where future business opportunities begin. Of course, there are quotes, planning, and follow-ups too. But this isn't a job for someone who prefers to spend the entire workday in their inbox. Find and create new business opportunities Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Understand customer needs and help shape the right interior design solution Drive the deal from first meeting and needs analysis through quote and delivery Develop your network and represent RP in various contexts Collaborate with colleagues in project management, procurement, and delivery Follow up with customers even after delivery is complete – because a good relationship doesn't end when the invoice is sent Who Are We Looking For? You could be an experienced B2B sales representative who is curious about furniture and interior design. You could also know the furniture industry and want to take a bigger step in sales. If you can do both, we'll be even more interested. Your background could be in furniture, interior design, construction, real estate, or a completely different industry where long-term customer relationships have been key. What matters isn't that you know everything from day one. What matters is that you want to understand, learn quickly, and like turning new knowledge into good solutions for the customer. Take own initiative and create momentum around you Have a natural ability to connect with people and earn their trust Like doing deals, but know that the best deals are good for both the customer and RP Are curious, a good listener, and good at asking questions Follow up, keep your promises, and leave nothing to chance Thrive with own responsibility without losing sight of the team Want to be visible in the market and build a strong network in Stockholm Have a B driver's license and express yourself well in Swedish What Do You Get at RP? You get a free and varied role with significant own responsibility and the opportunity to influence how we develop the market in Stockholm. You'll be part of an unpretentious team with lots of expertise, high ambitions, and colleagues who want to see each other succeed. You also get to work with a product and business idea that's perfectly aligned with the times: making the most of what already exists and creating something even better from it. And perhaps most importantly: you get the opportunity to build relationships that last considerably longer than the next sales target. Practical Information The position is based at RP's operations in Stockholm/Nacka We are looking for one to two people Start date and employment arrangement to be agreed upon Do you have questions about the role or want to know more? Contact Susanne Adawi at [email protected]. Submit your application via the application link as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis, so don't wait too long. We look forward to getting to know you. Does the role sound like the right next step for you? Then I look forward to your application and welcoming you to the RP team in Stockholm. We ask that other recruiters and sales representatives do not contact us.
Account Manager Building at Videotech – Northern Stockholm/Uppsala
Do you want a sales role with high pace, lots of customer contact, and a short path from first call to deal? At Videotech, you'll be part of an established company with long experience, strong customer relationships, and a clear market position. Here you work close to the construction industry with a clear and sought-after service – alarm and surveillance solutions that protect construction sites from break-ins, theft, and vandalism. You're a fit if you get energized by activity, enjoy meeting customers, and are driven to find new deals and close them. Your main focus is northern Stockholm and Uppsala, but the territory also covers parts of Central Sweden and Norrland. For this position, you need to be based in northern Stockholm or Uppsala, which provides a good foundation for the territory. You'll work from a home office, with the option to work from Videotech's office in Nacka when it suits you. Customer meetings in places like Uppsala, Västmanland, and Gävle often happen on-site, while meetings further north can also be held digitally. The size of the deal and the customer's needs determine when it's important to be there in person. There may be the occasional overnight stay per month if needed. About the role As a sales representative, you're responsible for sales to construction customers in your territory. The customers are primarily construction companies, and you meet them close to their operations – often out on-site at their projects. You work actively with both new and existing customers and drive the entire sales process from prospecting and first contact to quotation and closing. To help you, you have good systems for identifying new projects and leads, while you also build and develop your network in the territory yourself. Sales processes are often fast and customers' advance notice can be short. This means you need to be on your toes, see opportunities, and act when the need arises. At the same time, the construction industry is relationship-driven and you can build a loyal customer base. Persistence and the ability to follow up consistently are just as important as pace. In the role, you will, among other things: Prospect and develop new customers and projects Schedule and conduct customer meetings Develop existing customer relationships Identify customer needs and develop the right solution Work actively with leads and your pipeline in CRM Follow up on quotations and drive deals all the way to closing Grow the business with additional solutions and services as the customer's project expands Your experience We're mainly looking for someone who knows sales and enjoys making deals. You have experience in B2B sales where you've driven the sales process and closed your own deals. You're used to a contact-intensive day and thrive when sales cycles are relatively short. Experience in sales within, for example, security, office solutions, service, or other direct B2B sales is interesting. You could also come from an industry where you sell products or services to construction companies, such as tools, machinery, equipment, or other solutions for construction sites. Experience from the security industry or construction is not a requirement – the most important thing is that you know sales and enjoy making deals. A class B driver's license is required for the position, and regular background checks are part of the employment. Who you are To succeed in this role, you don't need to know security technology from the start. However, you need to enjoy high activity – via phone, booking meetings, being out with customers, and consistently following up until the deal is done. You have energy, drive, and are confident in customer interactions. You're persistent when needed and patient enough to keep following up when customers don't respond right away. At the same time, you're businesslike and understand the value of building relationships that lead to more deals over time. As a person, you're unpretentious, self-driven, and enjoy freedom with responsibility. You thrive in a culture with clear goals, where people enjoy pushing each other in the team, following results, and celebrating when things go well. As a person, you're curious, businesslike, and can understand customer needs and translate them into a good solution. What we offer At Videotech, you get an independent sales role with great opportunity to influence both your day-to-day work and your results. You're entering a market where there's a clear customer need and selling an established service whose value is easy to understand. There's a lot of energy in the organization – here we follow activity and results, challenge each other, and like to win – without overcomplicating things. The culture is unpretentious and straightforward, with shared sales meetings, kick-offs, and other activities that bring the team together. Videotech also offers an attractive variable compensation model, a company car, and modern work tools. This is a role for you if you want to sell a lot, meet many customers, and make deals – in an established company where there's structure, experience, and high ambitions. Application In this recruitment, Videotech is working with Jerrie. If you have questions about the role, you're welcome to contact recruitment consultant Frida Dire at 0703-00 10 16 or [email protected]. You apply for the position via jerrie.se with your CV and cover letter. We look forward to your application!
