Your Assignment As a resource pedagogue at Nacka Musikklasser, you'll work closely with students in grades 4–6 to create security, focus, and good conditions for learning and development. Your main placement is at Järla school, but you'll support students and activities across the entire Nacka Musikklasser program, from grades 4 to 9, as needed. You provide support to students both individually and in groups during the school day—in teaching, during breaks, and in social settings. Your duties also include accompanying students on school outings, rehearsal days, concerts, and other activities that are a natural part of the program. You regularly accompany students to venues such as Berwaldhallen, churches, and other concert halls, contributing to ensuring these activities are carried out safely and well-organized. You're part of the teaching team for grades 4–6 and collaborate with teachers, mentors, and assistant principals to create a cohesive, secure, and developmental school day for our students. The position also includes administrative and coordinating tasks related to the school's concert activities. This might include preparing class lists, printing materials, compiling concert programs, and supporting the planning and coordination of concerts and events. Working hours are primarily daytime, but evening and weekend work occurs in connection with concerts and other events. Such activities are planned well in advance. Your Experience For this position, you must have: education in child and youth services, pedagogy, or other education that the employer considers equivalent experience working with children and young people experience coordinating activities, events, or similar operations experience supporting students both individually and in groups interest in music good digital skills strong ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. It's an advantage if you also have: experience with administrative tasks experience working in school activities experience working with students in primary school, preferably in grades 4–9 experience with choral singing or other musical activities. Because the activities include outings, rehearsals, concerts, and other events, you need to be flexible and solution-oriented. You adapt to changing circumstances, stay calm in new situations, and help ensure activities are carried out safely and well-organized. You also have an interest in music and enjoy working in an environment where music, concerts, and choral singing are a natural part of students' daily lives. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. What We Offer You Nacka Musikklasser conducts its teaching at Järla school (grades 4–6) and Ekliden school (grades 7–9). From fall 2026, Nacka Musikklasser became its own school unit within the Järlahöjdens principal's area.
