ABOUT THE ROLE As executive chef, you lead the operations together with the F&B leadership, operations manager and other staff members. You create structure and good conditions for the team while driving the development of our gastronomy, our methods and our business. Our operations encompass many different experiences and workflows. One day a large conference is in focus, the next a high-class à la carte dinner, plus an intimate wedding or large event. You need to thrive with that variety and be able to ensure high and consistent quality throughout the operation.
