Lead HVAC and Heat Pump Installer - Blekinge/Kalmar County
Nordiska Energilösningar is seeking an experienced and driven lead installer who wants to help develop our business area in cooling, plumbing, and heat pumps. We are a rapidly growing energy company with offices in both Karlskrona and Kalmar. We work with complete energy solutions for private individuals, businesses, farms, and housing cooperatives. Now we're looking for someone who wants to combine practical installation work with supervisory duties and project responsibility. About the Position You'll have a varied and independent role where you both install and lead projects. Your main focus will be the installation of air-to-air heat pumps, air-to-water heat pumps, and exhaust air heat pumps, but you'll also participate in projects involving plumbing, ventilation, solar panels, battery storage, and other modern energy solutions. You'll be an important part of our continued expansion and have the opportunity to help build and develop our operations in cooling and heat pumps. Your responsibilities will include: - Installation, commissioning, and service of heat pumps - Supervision and coordination of installers and subcontractors - Project planning, materials, and staffing - Customer contact and technical advice - Quality control, documentation, and follow-up - Collaboration with electricians, solar installers, and project managers - Participation in projects involving plumbing, ventilation, solar panels, and battery storage We're Looking for Someone Who: - Has experience installing and servicing heat pumps or cooling systems - Is self-driven and accustomed to taking responsibility for entire projects - Can lead and delegate work to other installers - Has good technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach - Is thorough, customer-focused, and confident in customer interactions - Has a valid driver's license (Category B) - Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Refrigeration certification is highly desirable. Experience with plumbing, ventilation, exhaust air heat pumps, project management, solar panels, or battery storage is also meriting.
