In this role, you will work at the core of the business and monitor the operations of solar parks throughout Sweden. You will become an important part of a company growing in the green energy transition and investing long-term in technology development, quality, and operational reliability.
About the Position
As an operations supervisor, you will work from Alstra Energy's Operations Center in Hultsfred, where you monitor and follow up on the operations of the company's energy facilities. Through various monitoring systems, you ensure that the facilities function properly and handle any deviations that arise.
You will be in daily contact with technicians, contractors, and internal departments to ensure that appropriate measures are taken in case of operational disruptions. The role combines technical analysis with coordination and follow-up, making it varied and developmental.
Your responsibilities include:
Monitoring solar parks and energy facilities through SCADA and operations monitoring systems
Receiving, assessing, and following up on alarms and incidents
Reviewing production data and analyzing facility performance
Planning and coordinating maintenance activities with technicians and suppliers
Ensuring that errors and deviations are documented and followed up
Reporting operational status and completed actions
Participating in improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance work
Visiting facilities throughout Sweden to develop an understanding of technology and operations
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is technically interested and comfortable working analytically. You have a structured work approach and enjoy solving problems and collaborating with different people to find effective solutions.
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to prioritize, take responsibility, and maintain focus even when multiple tasks are underway simultaneously. You communicate clearly and have a natural drive to learn new technical systems and work methods.
We would like you to have:
Experience from operations engineering, process industry, energy, automation, or other technical work
Ability to analyze information and identify deviations
Good computer and systems skills
Good knowledge of Swedish
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Desirable Qualifications
It is an advantage if you have experience or education in any of the following areas:
Electric power
Electrical and energy technology
Automation
Electrical installations
Solar energy or other types of energy facilities
SCADA systems or similar monitoring platforms
