In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and procurement. You are an important part of ensuring correct article data and material selection, and serve as support to procurement professionals on technical issues related to suppliers and production conditions. You will analyze technical documentation, manage material data in systems, and contribute to cost-effective procurement. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists across various projects. You will report to the Section Manager for Technical Procurement. Your main responsibilities Create and maintain procurement articles in the material catalog Ensure that mandatory attributes are correctly registered Prepare and manage purchase requests based on system and project needs Consolidate purchases to achieve cost-effective solutions Procure materials for projects with long-term delivery plans (forecast purchasing) Support procurement professionals with technical expertise in supplier negotiations Contribute to collaboration between internal functions and project teams Your profile To succeed in this role, we see that you have a structured way of working and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
